We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of new clients in the private wealth sector.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and assessing account opening documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards. This will involve working closely with Relationship Managers to clarify submissions and requesting additional documentation as needed.
In addition, you will provide guidance to Relationship Managers on Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and ensure that all submissions meet our high standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in conducting proper client risk classification based on profile, source of wealth, and risk factors.
You will also work collaboratively with our compliance teams to escalate any issues or conduct additional reviews as required. Maintaining accurate documentation for audit and regulatory purposes is crucial to this role.
