Job Title: Assistant Manager
Job Description:NTU is seeking a dynamic individual to be part of the Inter-disciplinary Postgraduate Programme (IPGC) team. The main responsibility will be to drive marketing and recruitment activities for IPGC programmes to meet student recruitment targets.
We are looking for a candidate who can implement marketing plans, execute recruitment initiatives, lead nurturing and consultation, process admissions and scholarships, and coordinate with alumni and GSCDO teams for joint events.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:- Implement marketing strategies
- Execute recruitment campaigns
- Lead talent nurturing and consulting
- Process student admissions and scholarships
- Coordinate with stakeholders for joint events
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university in any field
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Experience in a related industry is a plus but not required
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to create engaging presentations and deliver to prospective students
- Strong data analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive insights
- CRM skills to manage leads and create targeted campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality service
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across organizations
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Culturally sensitive and interpersonal skills
- Organized with good prioritization skills
- Persistent in follow-up with candidates
- Flexible and adaptable to change
