Hardware Testing Professional

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Testing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our semiconductor industry client, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of test programs for digital, power management, RF & mixed signal integrated circuits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop test programs for ICs using automated test equipment (ATE) for wafer sort and packaged ICs.
  • Create test hardware load boards and probe cards.
  • Work closely with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring up, and production release activities.
  • Debug digital test patterns and device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage, and Temperature).
  • Contribute to production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction.
  • Operate automatic wafer probers and test handlers.
  • Collaborate with hardware, product engineering, design engineering, quality engineering, and foundry engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of digital and analog electronics, with the ability to write scripts using Python desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a desire to perform hands-on work within a lab environment.
