Job Description

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Solutions Consultant. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with customers to understand their data needs and provide expert guidance on how to get the most out of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on the best use of our data solutions to drive business value
  • Work closely with sales and customer teams to define and deliver customer success plans
  • Collaborate with product and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of our solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert guidance to customers
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong understanding of data solutions and business operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working with data management and analytics tools, with a strong understanding of data governance and compliance
