HR Tech Implementation and Automation Intern

This internship is perfect for IT students who are passionate about HR tech, automation, and programming.

We're looking for a candidate who can help us reimagine HR processes by testing, building, and deploying automation that makes a real impact on efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automation of HR Processes
    • Set up, configure, and deploy HR software to meet real business needs.
    • Customize solutions to fit user workflows and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Development of Automation Scripts
    • Develop automation scripts to eliminate repetitive HR tasks such as leave application form consolidation, timesheet data processing, payroll data validation and reporting.
    • Research and experiment with new ways of automating HR workflows, bringing in fresh ideas and approaches.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Support HR data collection, cleaning, and analysis for decision-making.
    • Build automated dashboards and reports to track HR performance metrics.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
    • Work closely with HR and IT teams to uncover pain points and design smart solutions.
    • Document automation processes so others can build upon your work.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in HR tech, automation, and scripting.
  • Skills in one or more: Python (automation, data processing), VBA Macros (Excel automation), SQL, Power Query, or data tools.
  • Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Problem-solver who enjoys collaborating across teams.
