HR Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for automating and integrating core HR processes to align with business objectives while maintaining data integrity and operational effectiveness.

  • Achieve significant process improvements through automation of manual tasks
  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient workflows using tools such as UiPath and Python
  • Collaborate closely with HR technology experts and business units to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing workflows
  • Conduct code reviews to uphold best practices and deliver high-quality automation solutions

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum degree in Business / Human Resource or equivalent
  • Experience in Robotic Process Automation Development & Maintenance
