The role involves supporting the HR and Corporate Communications Department in optimizing business processes through automation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and reviewing repetitive tasks for optimization using Power Automate.
  • Participating in bot testing and debugging to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.
  • Developing comprehensive user guides and technical documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or holding a Diploma in HR Management or Computer Science/IT with a strong interest in HR technology.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment and meet assigned timelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.
