Transformational Leadership Role


Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill the position of Audit Supervisor to Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take on a challenging leadership role and make a significant impact in our audit team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and providing statutory auditing services. You will work closely with senior leaders to co-lead or lead engagements, perform risk assessments, and ensure the quality of audit documentation and files. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and developing your team, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in accountancy, accounting, or finance, as well as at least 4 years of relevant experience. You should also have knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, and relevant statutory rules. Moreover, you will require excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Accounting/Finance or equivalent\
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in auditing or related field\
  • Excellent knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and relevant statutory rules\
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\
