Audit Director for Transformation Projects

\

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead the design and execution of audit strategies for Transformation projects across the Bank. This role will involve collaborating with various business units and functions to build trust and a robust control framework.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk assessment, audit delivery, data analytics, and team leadership. They will be responsible for owning and delivering risk assessments, coverage designs, and execution of assurance over Transformation projects.

  • Owning and delivering risk assessments, coverage designs, and execution of assurance over Transformation projects.\
  • Designing audits to address key risks and regulatory expectations.\
  • Maintaining effective relationships with program and portfolio leadership.\
  • Representing the Audit Team in steering committees and performance reviews.\
  • Engaging with stakeholders to share knowledge and maintain external insights.\
  • Overseeing high-quality audit delivery, ensuring minimal business disruption.\
  • Managing audit issues, reports, and team guidance.\
  • Identifying risks, escalating issues, and supporting issue resolution.\
  • Leading and motivating the audit team, fostering development and knowledge sharing.\
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships and monitoring portfolio risks.\
  • Representing the Audit Team in committees, providing insights, and escalating delays or issues.\
  • Upholding the Group's values and ethical standards, ensuring compliance.\
  • Engaging with program sponsors, portfolio leaders, and GIA teams.\
  • Maintaining independence and professionalism in line with IIA standards.\
  • Ensuring timely thematic risk coverage and support transformational change programs.\
  • Building an integrated coverage model and collaborating with business units and functions.\
  • Providing regular updates on audit progress and highlighting key findings.\
  • Collaborating with the Global Head of Audit Transformation to develop and implement audit strategies.\
  • Supporting the development of audit processes and procedures.\
  • Reviewing and updating the audit plan throughout the year.\
  • Ensuring audit independence and adherence to the Audit Charter.\
  • Acting as deputy to the Global Head of Audit Transformation.\
  • Maintaining effective relationships with program and portfolio leadership.\
  • Representing the Audit Team in steering committees and performance reviews.\
  • Engaging with stakeholders to share knowledge and maintain external insights.\
  • Overseeing high-quality audit delivery, ensuring minimal business disruption.\
  • Managing audit issues, reports, and team guidance.\
