Job Title: Senior Tiling Operations Coordinator


We are seeking a highly organized and skilled tiling operations coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tile installation techniques and tools, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.


  • Organize work schedules for tile installers to ensure efficient workflow and meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure tiling work meets high standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Manage inventory of tiling materials and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with managers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver results that meet expectations.
  • Provide guidance and training to tile installers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular equipment maintenance and organization to ensure optimal performance.
  • Review completed work to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
  • Prepare progress reports and updates for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the work of tile installers to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
  • Monitor and control the quality of tiling work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Manage the ordering and inventory of tiling materials and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to tile installers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze and evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Produce regular progress reports and updates for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture or related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in tile installation, preferably in a supervisory or coordinating role.
  • Strong knowledge of tile installation techniques, tools and materials.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
