The Senior Tiler Project Coordinator will oversee a team of tilers to deliver tile installation projects on time, while maintaining high-quality workmanship and adhering to safety protocols.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • 1. Assign Tasks and Ensure Quality Control:

      • Direct the assignment of tasks to workers based on site construction progress, ensuring that all installation works meet approved construction drawings and standards.

    • 2. Monitor Site Progress and Report Updates:

      • Closely monitor site progress, reporting updates to supervisors in a timely manner.

    • 3. Enforce Safety Standards:

      • Advise workers to follow all safety rules and regulations while working on site.

    • 4. Required Skills and Qualifications:

      • • Minimum secondary school education or higher required.

      • • At least 5-10 years of tiling experience in construction projects.

      • • Singapore driving license preferred.

      • • Able to work long hours.

      • • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with site workers.
