Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the centre, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Implement quality standards for all programmes, maintaining high standards of care and education.
- Handle centre tours, providing a warm and welcoming experience for visitors.
- Prepare financial and centre reports, including petty cash, daily collections, and centre enrolment reports.
- Prepare monthly forms, such as teacher attendance, champ attendance, and sign-in/out forms.
- Conduct daily health checks with champs at the door when necessary.
- Assist parents in purchasing merchandise, such as uniforms, caps, and books.
- Conduct stock takes and restocking of supplies, ensuring adequate resources for programmes.
- Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre.
- Ensure safety of children within the premises, maintaining a secure and nurturing environment.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Director.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in a preschool environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask.
- Able to teach primary school subjects will be an advantage.
