Job Description:

As a retail leasing professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships with prospective tenants, conduct viewings, and negotiate lease agreements.

You will work closely with internal departments to resolve lease-related matters and communicate with tenants on various aspects of their lease. Additionally, you will assist in the review and improvement of lease management processes and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a degree or diploma in real estate management, marketing, business administration, or an equivalent field.
  • Hold CEA registration.
  • Have at least two years of experience in retail management, operations, and business development.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
  • Be able to work independently as required on ad-hoc assignments.
  • Possess good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
