Quality Assurance Specialist (Semiconductor)
">Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to support the quality control process in our semiconductor manufacturing facility.
- To ensure product quality meets company and customer requirements through effective documentation, audit, and compliance management.
- Perform internal and external audits to verify adherence to quality management systems (QMS).
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement quality-related improvements.
- Investigate non-conformances, develop corrective action plans, and ensure timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control processes, including document control, calibration, and laboratory operations.
- Support production teams in resolving quality-related issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to improve overall quality performance.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions:
- 5 days per week.
- Up to 4500 salary range.
