We are seeking a results-driven professional to develop and execute trade marketing strategies that drive sales, visibility, and brand presence across retail and distribution channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in category management, channel development, and in-store promotional activities within the beauty or FMCG sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans to support sales growth across retail and wholesale channels.
- Create promotional calendars, merchandising strategies, and point-of-sale materials.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure trade campaigns align with business objectives.
- Analyze performance data, customer insights, and market trends to optimize trade marketing initiatives.
- Negotiate with key partners for premium product placements and increased visibility.
- Maintain effective budget management to ensure cost-efficient execution.
- Provide regular performance reports and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management abilities.
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
