Key Responsibilities:
  • Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the overall Salesforce architecture to ensure it meets current and future business needs.
  • Program Leadership: Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce program.
  • Strategic Planning: Define the Salesforce program roadmap, including architectural enhancements, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple Salesforce projects, including those involving significant architectural changes, from inception to completion.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce with other systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership, business units, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure successful user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and analysts.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Salesforce implementations and architecture.
  • Training & Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce administration, architecture, and program leadership.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
