Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to drive business growth, partnerships, and sponsorships.

  • Develop innovative strategies to increase audience engagement, ticket sales, and market reach.
  • Foster strong relationships with sponsors, donors, arts groups, and influencers to secure collaborations and funding.
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements, group bookings, and private events to maximize revenue.
  • Support marketing efforts in promoting shows, events, and special programs to boost attendance and engagement.
  • Prepare high-quality sales materials, coordinate outreach, and enhance customer experience.
  • Track and analyze sales data, partnership growth, and audience metrics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:
