We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing day-to-day QA department operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and developing quality control and assurance programs.
- Oversee the day-to-day QA department operations, including ensuring compliance with quality standards and maintaining records.
- Develop and maintain quality control and assurance programs to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct site inspections, investigate customer complaints, and follow up as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
- Analyze data from audits and inspections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify training needs and organize training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum qualification of Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years' QA experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and internal audits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
