Key Performance Indicators of Operations Engineer Role

The Operations Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and workflow enhancements. This position involves delivering top-notch consulting services to users on authorization requirements, access controls, and workflow needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultancy to users on impact of changes to authorization requirements, access controls, and workflow needs.
  • Co-ordinate with vendors, Authority, and users to troubleshoot authorization and workflow issues.
  • Update project documentation like user requirements specification, functional design specifications, and technical design documentation.
  • Perform technical profiling of authorizations and update structural authorization profiles due to organization changes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to access rights, roles, and authorization.
  • Coordinate with vendors, Authority, and users to ensure tested authorizations are properly transported to test environments and production systems.
  • Perform authorization housekeeping and monitor batch jobs related to automated account and roles provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Support internal audit requests by performing control reviews and risk assessments.
