We are seeking a skilled IT Medical Informatics Manager to lead our team in designing and implementing effective workflows for our NGEMR facility structures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, business, or healthcare, with at least 5 years of experience in IT operations and 3 years of experience managing a team. Postgraduate training in a relevant area is a plus.
- Lead the planning of NGEMR facility structures by collaborating with the hospital operations team.
- Organize and run workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture requirements and develop suitable NGEMR workflows.
- Handle meeting logistics such as scheduling, booking venues, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging catering when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Postgraduate training in a relevant area is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in IT operations.
- At least 3 years' experience managing a team.
- Experience in IT project management is preferred.
- Experience with clinical systems implementation is an advantage.
