Job Overview

The Technical Program Manager, Global Submarine Networks Compliance role is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across global submarine networks. This includes developing and managing tools, policies, procedures, and processes for establishing compliance oversight, responding to incidents of non-compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to employees on compliance matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry developments.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in program or project management, compliance, information security, IT audit, or risk management.
  2. 2 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  3. Experience working with telecommunications carriers, data center providers, or ISPs.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience developing and managing tools, policies, procedures, and processes for establishing compliance oversight, responding to incidents of non-compliance.
  • Experience with physical and cybersecurity measures for telecommunications and methods for auditing the implementation.
  • Ability to work across internal and external teams on initiatives focused on improving performance and quality, while ensuring compliance internally and externally.
