The program consists of 4 rotations that are 6 months long each - for you to gain in-depth and diverse exposure across our Core Businesses.

What Is the Selection Process?

Shortlisted candidates will go through a rigorous selection process with our recruitment and management teams.

  • Application: August – October
  • Online Assessment: August – October
  • Behavioral Interview: August – November
  • Group Case Assessment: October – November
  • Interviews with Senior Leaders: November – December
Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking prospective and recent graduates with a recognised Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline, with 0 to 2 years of full-time working experience (as of the last day of the application window) who are proficient in English and one of the languages in our operating markets to facilitate deployment and collaboration across the region, and will be able to join us in 2025.
