Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager

The successful candidate will develop and execute regional marketing strategies that align with the company's global direction, focusing on innovation, sustainability, and digital commerce.

  • Develop and Implement Regional Marketing Plans: Create and deploy 4P strategies that drive business growth and efficiency, translating global segment direction into regional initiatives.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with Market Management teams to implement plans, drive collaboration, and deliver results.
  • Provide Market Insights: Identify short- and long-term growth opportunities through competitive analysis, share gain strategies, segmentation, and market assessments.
  • Build Relationships: Develop relationships across the value chain through market/customer mapping to support project tracking and annual planning.
