Leadership Development Specialist

The Role:

  • Co-lead the development of strategic programs, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, rotations, and completion for high-potential talent.
  • Guide trainees in planning and executing assigned projects that foster leadership growth and professional development.
  • Administer and enhance structured core curricula, competency frameworks, mentorship programs, study trips, and workshops to support leadership development initiatives.
  • Manage program databases, track trainee progress, and ensure timely updates and follow-ups to optimize the learning experience.
  • Support leadership interventions, structured development plans, and stakeholder learning initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning and development initiatives that promote leadership growth and employee engagement.
  • Serve as a liaison between trainees, Institution staff, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and program execution.
  • Generate insightful reports, dashboards, data analytics, and conduct post-program evaluations to measure impact and inform improvements.
  • Compile detailed reports, dashboards, and data analytics on program performance, trainee progress, and key development milestones to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in leadership development, learning & development, talent management, program management, or HR-related roles.
  • Able to start immediately is a plus.
