Job Title: Site Operations Supervisor

Description:
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Site Operations Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent leadership skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations planning, management, and coordination. They will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day cleaning schedules, coordinating staff allocations, and reviewing processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the planning and organization of daily cleaning schedules.
  • Coordinate staff allocations with operations supervisors at different work sites.
  • Review processes and workflows to improve overall productivity and efficiency.
  • Adequately administer and provide operational support to the team.
  • Investigate and respond to clients' queries regarding cleaning arrangements.
  • Plan and coordinate the inbound and outbound of cleaning inventories.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to listen and empathize with colleagues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work under tight deadlines and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the cleaning industry.
