Job Title:

Site Operations Supervisor

The role of Site Operations Supervisor is a critical position in ensuring the construction of quality products that meet commercial objectives.

As a key member of the site team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, attending site meetings, resolving technical issues, reviewing contractors' submissions, monitoring project progress, maintaining documentation, and assisting in resolving technical and site issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible overall project supervision to ensure the construction of a quality product which meets commercial objectives
  • To attend site meetings and resolve site technical issues
  • To review contractor's submission
  • Monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately
  • Maintain proper documentation, site records, and reports
  • Assist in resolving technical and site issues promptly
  • To ensure all the works carried out by Contractor are accordance to approved plans and specifications
  • Observe and comply with site safety, submit all reports as directed, and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Possess a valid Resident Technical Officer (RTO) Certificate accredited by IES/BCA or ACES
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
