Job Title: Site Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Operations Supervisor to oversee the construction of works, ensuring materials are incorporated according to the Project Plan and relevant regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in our team.
About the Role:
This position requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. As a Site Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, resolving and monitoring rectification works as needed. You will also assist and support Engineers in carrying out assigned tasks, collaborate with them to guarantee timely completion of works and adherence to quality standards, and enforce company safety protocols and promote a culture of compliance. Additionally, you will foster effective communication and cooperation with project participants to provide assistance and technical support, and perform overall quality control of work, including schedule, plans, and personnel performance, reporting regularly on project status.
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise construction workers.

• Conduct thorough inspections, resolving and monitoring rectification works as needed.

• Assist and support Engineers in carrying out assigned tasks.

• Oversee the construction of works, ensuring materials are incorporated according to the Project Plan and relevant regulations.

• Collaborate with Engineers to guarantee timely completion of works and adherence to quality standards.

• Enforce company safety protocols and promote a culture of compliance.

• Foster effective communication and cooperation with project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

• Perform overall quality control of work, including schedule, plans, and personnel performance, reporting regularly on project status.
Requirements:

• A strong background in construction management or a related field.

• Proven experience in supervising construction workers and managing site operations.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
