The successful candidate will drive revenue-generating activities across various asset classes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Computer Science or Engineering degree, with a strong focus on object-oriented programming skills in C#, C++, or Python.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced front office environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, coupled with a motivated attitude.
- Knowledge of financial engineering and relational databases.
- Numerical intuition and familiarity with source control, continuous integration, and profiling tools.
- Create innovative financial products and features.
- Enhance performance and timely execution of quantitative models and systems.
- Identify and resolve issues across SIT, UAT, and production environments.
- Manage the software development lifecycle to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
- Collaborate with traders and quantitative modelers.
- Work with IT engineering teams for smooth system integration and reliability.
