Senior High Performance Trading Systems Developer

We are seeking an expert C++ developer to create, improve and maintain complex trading systems in equity derivatives. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of modern C++ standards and experience with high-performance development.
This role requires close collaboration with traders, quants and other technology teams to design, develop and enhance trading strategies and risk management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop efficient, scalable and robust C++ applications for trading and risk management.
Optimize existing systems and implement new features to meet evolving business needs.
Work closely with traders and quants to understand requirements and develop solutions.
Write clean, testable and well-documented code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience in C++ development, including experience with modern C++ standards (C++11/14/17).
Solid understanding of equity derivatives products, trading strategies and market microstructure.
Experience in designing and developing complex high-performance trading systems.
Low-latency development experience and familiarity with financial markets, market data feeds and exchange protocols.
Personal Qualities:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with different teams.
3-5 years of relevant experience in C++ development and ideally experience in the financial industry (equity derivatives preferred).
