Strategic Infrastructure Negotiator Role

In this pivotal role, you will join a team responsible for securing infrastructure to support Google's growth. Your expertise in negotiation and market knowledge will be instrumental in driving cost-effective solutions that impact every aspect of the business.

Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to identify site selection projects and initiatives
• Leading data center site evaluations and developing agreements with vendors and landowners
• Managing the strategy for growth at existing sites and developing metrics for portfolio management issues

As a Strategic Infrastructure Negotiator, you will play a crucial part in shaping Google's infrastructure needs. Your ability to combine technical industry savvy with deep market knowledge will enable you to drive impactful negotiations and present deal recommendations to tech leadership.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Public Policy, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of experience in negotiating real estate and infrastructure agreements
• Experience in managing project delivery, including project scope, time, and budget
• Strong commercial and technical skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions
