What You'll Do:

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing programs involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for subsystems or components of our product offerings.

You will develop schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for assigned programs. Additionally, you will coordinate activities of supporting project teams and internal and external development partners, track progress against established plans, and make decisions to alter or update schedules and resource allocations to meet product requirements and development schedules.

You will work closely with system teams and ODMs to arrange resources and complete qualification on time. Tracing commodity qualification status and working with engineering teams for issue debugging and solution implementation are also key responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred
  • Typically 4-6 years' experience in program management, with experience in developing schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for assigned programs
