We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Resident Physician to join our organization. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
This role involves working closely with our experienced medical professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing Preventive Care Services
Our ideal candidate will provide preventive care services, including screenings, physical exams, immunizations, and health counseling. This may involve performing tasks such as vaccinations, blood pressure checks, and routine health assessments.
Managing Acute and Chronic IllnessesThe successful candidate will manage acute and chronic illnesses, including diagnosing and treating patients with complex medical conditions. This may involve ordering laboratory tests, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Referring Patients to SpecialistsYou will refer patients to specialists when necessary, ensuring they receive the best possible care. This may involve coordinating with other healthcare providers to arrange consultations or referrals.
Performing Simple ProceduresThe successful candidate will perform simple procedures in a clinic setting, such as blood taking, ear syringing, and pap smears.
To qualify for this position, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Ambulatory Care Experience
You should have experience working in an ambulatory care setting, providing high-quality patient care and managing complex medical conditions.
Clinical SkillsThe successful candidate should possess strong clinical skills, including the ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
Collaboration and TeamworkYou will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient outcomes. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
