Highly Skilled Healthcare Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior/Staff Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of nursing and ophthalmic procedures in accordance with established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate and prepare surgical equipment, instruments, and consumables specific to the daily surgical list and preferences of the surgeon.
- Participate in the assisting of safe anaesthetic care for general, regional, and deep sedation anaesthesia.
- Perform scrubbing, circulating, and recovery duties.
- Provide pre & post-operative care for patients.
- Carry out proper housekeeping in accordance with Infection Control Standards.
- Update work processes accurately in the digital operating theatre system.
- Conduct inventory checks on medication supplies and consumables in the assigned work area in accordance with established guidelines.
- Timely escalation and submission of documented Incident Reporting Form to Nurse Clinician or Senior Nurse Manager.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board.
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare operating theatre settings is preferred.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and supportive in carrying out new initiatives.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- 5.25 work week (alternate Saturday).
- Able to be on-call duty on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Able to work overtime during high patient volumes.
