
Cumulative Accounting and Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Cumulative Accounting and Administration Specialist. This role involves managing salary payments, expenses claims, and medical insurance for team members, as well as preparing quotations, invoices, and other financial documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Transactions Management: Process salary payments, expenses claims, and medical insurance for team members
- Financial Document Preparation: Prepare quotations, invoices, and other financial documents
- Record Keeping: Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Compliance and Submission: Perform Work Pass Application, GST, and CPF Submission
- Follow-up and Reminders: Follow up on long-outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements
- Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or related field
- Skills: Strong accounting skills, excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administration
