Job Title: Cumulative HR and Accounting Assistant
Job Description:This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR documents for both Singapore and Malaysia. The successful candidate will be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare matters. Additionally, they will process payroll, CPF (Singapore), EPF/SOCSO/EIS (Malaysia), manage staff leave, attendance, and overtime records, handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensure compliance with MOM (Singapore) and Malaysia labour laws, and provide HR support upon request by management or staff.
Accounts Responsibilities:- Handle daily accounting operations including data entry, invoices, payments, and petty cash.
- Issue invoices/receipts and follow up on collections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
