As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Cook with meal preparation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Cook in preparing meal ingredients, including washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
  • Stir and heat soups and sauces to the required standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing and storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
  • Organize and store food supplies properly in the kitchen, cold room, and storeroom.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

  • Able to work split shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Have initiative and a hardworking attitude with a positive attitude to learn and contribute.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
