Chief Early Years Educator

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of early years education programs and managing the daily operations of the center.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement curriculum and programs to enhance the learning environment
- Drive improvements to teaching and learning approaches to promote quality of learning
- Lead the development of new children engagement strategies in curricula and pedagogies
- Formulate the assessment of children's learning and development across different Early Years levels
- Evaluate the effectiveness of developed classroom management strategies
- Implement new health, safety, nutritional and hygiene standards and procedures at the Center
- Integrate new teaching and learning methods, tools and assistive technologies based on emerging trends in the sector
- Build relationships with families and community stakeholders through strategic coordination of activities
- Manage family and community programs to enhance Center services
