Job Title: Early Years Educator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our team as an Early Years Educator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

About the Role:

The Early Years Educator plays a critical role in fostering children's holistic development, building strong relationships with families, and creating a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lesson Planning: Design and implement daily lessons that promote children's development across domains, in alignment with our centre's guided inquiry curriculum and national framework.
  • Classroom Environment: Create a safe, engaging, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes exploration, independence, and learning through play.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Observe and assess children's learning and development using appropriate observation and assessment tools and methods.

You will be working collaboratively with colleagues to plan and reflect on teaching practices and support our centre's vision and goals. A willingness to improve and grow at the professional level is essential.

Requirements:
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma or degree in early childhood education or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, and a passion for early childhood education.
