Leadership Development Program Overview

  • The Management Development Program aims to equip aspiring managers with the skills and knowledge required for success in leadership roles.

Job Description:

  • As a participant in this comprehensive training program, you will be immersed in developing your operational management capabilities through a series of workshops, projects, and mentoring sessions.
  • You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on various projects, gaining hands-on experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high productivity levels.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be developed as you propose and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily operations and management activities, learning business processes and strategies.
  • Take on a leadership role in projects, distributing tasks effectively and ensuring smooth project completion.
  • Think independently when encountering problems, proposing solutions and conducting reviews after resolution.
  • Receive feedback from superiors and colleagues, using it as an opportunity to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in company training and learning activities, expanding professional knowledge and skills continuously.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Skill Set: Leadership and teamwork abilities, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, project management skills.
  • Personal Qualities: High self-drive, adaptability, resilience.
  • Career Goals: Passionate about education and training, looking forward to long-term development in the company, willing to take up a management position after completing the training.
  • Other Requirements: Familiarity with basic information technology and software applications.

Working Hours:

Monday: Off

Tuesday - Friday: 1.30pm - 7.30pm

Saturday and Sunday: 9.00am - 7.30pm
