Job Title: Claims Associate

At ENCOMPASSE, we are seeking a highly skilled Claims Associate to join our team. As a Claims Associate, you will play a critical role in verifying and processing financial claims in accordance with our policies, guidelines, and agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process financial claims in accordance with stipulated policies, guidelines, and agreements
  • Clarify claims details and support documents submitted by claimants
  • Evaluate and escalate complex cases for review and discussion with stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support and handle customer requests within established service standards
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • A level or Diploma holder
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in processing claims, disbursement, and refund (preferably)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information
  • Detailed and meticulous
  • Diligent and committed to meet deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel
