Job Title: Claims Associate

At ENCOMPASSE, we are seeking a highly skilled Claims Associate to join our team. As a Claims Associate, you will play a critical role in verifying and processing financial claims in accordance with our established policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and process financial claims to ensure claimants are compensated fairly and according to our service standards.
  • Process claim applications and conduct thorough checks for disbursement.
  • Handle exceptions and refunds in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
  • Collate data and statistics for regular reporting.
Requirements:
  • A level or Diploma holder.
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in processing claims, disbursement, and refund.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong code of work ethics and confidentiality of information.
  • Detailed and meticulous approach.
  • Diligent and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in using MS Excel.
