Job Title: Community Product Manager (3 positions available)
Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop community user growth strategies, understand game user needs, delve into business scenarios, increase user activity through gameplay or functional innovation, and be responsible for user growth and retention in the community;
- Coordinate the community product team and collaborate with relevant teams to promote the optimization of community products;
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in Internet C-side activities/tools/social/user/content/commercial product planning, experience in community products is preferred;
- Be familiar with the characteristics of community products and the needs of game players, have strong data analysis capabilities, and have strong product planning and design capabilities;
- Good communication skills, a teamwork spirit, and the ability to work closely with different departments and teams to complete project goals.
- More than 5 years of team management experience, management bandwidth of more than 15 people.
Requirements
- Familiarity with the gaming industry and community building;
- Strong understanding of product development life cycles;
- Excellent leadership and team management skills;
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
