We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative engineer to design, optimize, and deploy high-performance algorithms for mission-critical systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in areas like real-time data processing, computer vision, and HPC.

Key Responsibilities:

\\\\[style='list-style-type: disc;']\\\|[list]\\\\|\\\| Define and execute long-term strategy aligned with company vision and market opportunities.|\\\\|\\\| Develop efficient algorithms for specific applications like risk modeling, 3D rendering, and route optimization.|\\\\|\\\| Write robust, low-latency C++ code (C++17/20) for mission-critical systems.|\\\\|\\\| Profile, debug, and optimize algorithms for speed/memory efficiency on CPU/GPU/embedded platforms.|\\\\|\\\| Explore novel approaches to solve open-ended problems using ML/statistical/geometric techniques.|\\\\|\\\| Implement unit/benchmark tests to ensure correctness under edge cases.|\\\\|\\\| Collaborate with SWEs, data scientists, and product teams to integrate algorithms into production.|\\\\|\\\| Maintain clear technical specs and design docs.|\\\\]\\\[/list]\\\[/style]

Technical Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

  • [li]| Expertise in algorithm design (search/sort/graph/NP-hard problems) and complexity analysis.|\\\\|\\\| Proficiency with data structures (trees, graphs, hash tables) and memory management.|\\\\|\\\| Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and low-latency systems.|\\\\|\\\| Strong mathematical foundation (linear algebra, calculus, probability).|\\\\|\\\| Familiarity with performance tools (Valgrind, gprof, VTune).|\\\\]
