Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced algorithm development specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex algorithms to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our trading strategies.

  • Design, implement, and refine high-performance algorithms and data structures to optimize our trading systems.
  • Analyse and optimise existing algorithms to improve performance and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate algorithmic solutions into our trading infrastructure.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in algorithmic trading, machine learning, and quantitative finance.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the robustness and reliability of our algorithmic trading infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing high-performance, scalable algorithms.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, optimisation algorithms, and data structures.
  • Familiarity with financial markets, trading strategies, and quantitative finance concepts.
