Game Product Specialist

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our gaming products. As a Game Product Specialist, you will serve as the subject matter expert for arcade games, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality products.

  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arcade games, including features, documentation, and operator needs.
  • Testing and Feedback: Collaborate with testing teams to monitor game performance, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation and Support: Create accurate and comprehensive documentation, including manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs, to support operators and users.
  • Project Management: Lead assigned projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for product improvements and feature enhancements, working closely with creative and engineering teams to bring ideas to life.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a related field, such as game development, product management, or technical writing.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
