About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnerships Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic relationships with organizations in the Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing new partners and building strategic relationships to increase market share
  • Managing the end-to-end partnerships process, including prospecting, conducting meetings, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing management
  • Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms
  • Implementing strategies to build, maintain, and deepen relationships with existing partners
  • Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships and refining strategies as needed
Requirements
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the software/SaaS industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly result-driven with a solid track record of achieving growth targets
  • Strong networker and relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a high level of resilience
  • Must live in Singapore
