Delivery Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Delivery Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the delivery and unloading of goods to customer locations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- This role involves loading and unloading goods from company-owned vehicles, as well as performing general warehouse duties such as packing and organizing goods for delivery.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift license is an advantage, but not essential.
- Deliver goods in a safe and timely manner, meeting internal schedule and quality standards.
- Maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient, and professional delivery service.
- Organize and load goods for delivery, using efficient delivery routes.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including packing, loading, and unloading of goods.
- Physically fit to carry loads up to 20kg.
- Responsible in nature, able to work independently and as a team player.
- Good communication skills, with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn, with adaptability within a fast-paced changing work environment.
- Customer focus, with strong communication skills.
