Job Title:

Programme and Administration Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Programme and Administration Officer with experience in the social service sector to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement charitable programmes that address community needs, collaborating with stakeholders and creating detailed programme plans outlining goals, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Oversee the effective implementation of programmes, coordinating with team members, volunteers, stakeholders, and partner organisations to ensure successful execution of programme activities.
  • Manage programme budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, and develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess programme impact and effectiveness.
Community Engagement and Outreach:
  • Build and maintain relationships with community members, partnering organisations, and other stakeholders, developing and implementing outreach activities to beneficiary groups.
  • Identify and secure funding opportunities through grants, partnerships, and donations.
Administrative Support:
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports detailing programme progress, challenges, and outcomes to management, funders, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support as required.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of working experience.
  • Proven experience in programme coordination, social services, or community development.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently plan, execute, and evaluate programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A sincere desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of beneficiaries through social service work.
