Job Title: Social Service Sector Data Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team supporting survey operations and manpower data management in the social service sector.

  • We work closely with an external survey vendor to collect and process manpower data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our decision-making processes.
  • Our team member will troubleshoot and resolve queries from social service agencies (SSAs), providing excellent customer service and support.
  • We track project timelines, organizing materials and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Liaising with multiple Social Service Agencies (SSA) to deliver project reports and coordinate post-survey briefing sessions.
  • Assist in communication efforts with SSAs, promoting effective collaboration and understanding.
  • Conduct landscape scans on SSAs, as well as sector and manpower trends, providing valuable insights for our organization.
  • Perform simple analysis on manpower data in the social service sector, helping us make informed decisions.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree holder with at least 3 months of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-look Up, Pivot Table); knowledge of Tableau is an advantage.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Good communication skills and ability to engage with external stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Motivated to learn, responsible, and has a positive working attitude.
