Job Opportunity: Quality Service Cleanliness and Training Leader Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Quality Service Cleanliness and Training Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing training to sales staff at outlets, focusing on quality, service, and cleanliness. You will also liaise with franchise partners, both locally and overseas, for all sales-related activities. Key Responsibilities:• Provide training to sales staff at outlets on quality, service, and cleanliness.• Liaise with franchise partners for all sales-related activities.• Monitor and follow up with clients and franchise partners to collect sales data and prepare monthly reports for management.• Work closely with store managers and staff in Singapore to improve quality, service, and cleanliness (QSC).• Support team efforts by working with other staff to coordinate sales activities.• Learn and follow company rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately. Requirements:• Diploma or degree in any discipline.• 1-2 years of working experience in the F&B industry.• Prior training experience in F&B sectors is an added advantage.• Availability to work at outlets/stores as and when required. Benefits:This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package.
